There is no ‘Cooling Off’ Period for eSIM Connections
Due to the nature of our services, there is no statutory ‘cooling off’ period for Business eSIM connections. eSIMs are provisioned and activated automatically within minutes of signing up. As a result, the service is considered fully delivered at the point of purchase and is therefore non-refundable.
Subscription Management and Cancellation
****All users have the ability to manage their subscriptions directly via their YourBusinessNumber Dashboard. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew. No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.
Please note that cancelling your subscription does not result in an immediate refund, as access to the service continues for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Refunds for Technical Issues or Billing Errors
****If you believe you’ve experienced a billing error or a technical issue that prevented use of the service, please contact [email protected]. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
****Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: • You change your mind after the eSIM has been activated. • You fail to cancel before your renewal date. • Your account is suspended due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
