At YourBusinessNumber, we strive to provide excellent service to our valued customers. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for business numbers purchased from our platform. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, or requesting a refund.

Refund Eligibility:

1.1. YourBusinessNumber offers refunds for business numbers purchased on our platform within 14 days from the date of purchase.

1.2. To be eligible for a refund, the business number must not have been registered in WhatsApp Business during the 14-day period. If the number is registered in WhatsApp Business, we consider this a use of service and customers will lose their automatic right to refund under the Distance Selling Regulations. This helps us to prevent abuse of our service for spam.

Refund Process:

2.1. To request a refund, customers must submit a refund request by contacting our customer support team at [email protected].

2.4. If the business number has not been used in WhatsApp Business and the refund request is approved, YourBusinessNumber will process the refund within 24 hours from the date of approval.

Refund Method:
