1. There’s too any eSIMs on your device:

Your device may have reached its eSIM capacity. Different devices have specific limits on simultaneous eSIMs. iPhones, for example, can handle 5 to 10 eSIMs, depending on storage capacity. If you've hit this limit, you'll need to remove older eSIMs.

2. Cellular Data is turned off:

Ensure that cellular or mobile data is enabled in your device settings. Having it disabled can trigger this error.

3. Reinstalling a used eSIM:

Most eSIMs can only be installed once. To check if an eSIM is already on your device, navigate to Settings > General > About and locate the ICCID number. This is a 20-digit number that starts with '89' and ends with another digit. If you find the ICCID is already installed, you may only need to adjust some settings.

4. Poor internet connection during the eSIM installation:

A poor internet connection can cause installation problems. This commonly occurs with public Wi-Fi networks or weak public Wi-Fi.

5. Outdated software

Ensure your device is running the latest version of its operating system.

6. eSIM not supported by your device or carrier

Please check if your device and carrier support eSIM technology.

7. Incorrect eSIM QR code

In very rare occurrences, your service provider may have issued an incorrect QR code, which will return the above error. Speak to your service provider to ensure the correct QR code has been issued to you.
